Funding in the uk is hard to come by for basketball. With funding being pulled left right snd centre its getting harder and harder to promote the sport. Our local team hartlepool heat are teying to rasie funds to pay for facilities and equipment to promote this beautiful game. After the brithis olympic team had fudning cut for the olympics, it had had a lnock on effect theough out uk and especially in small town like ours. It would be great if we could raise the money to be able to pay for sessions to let children and adults play basketball. we are baskeyball coaches from the local town of hartlepool and feel we need help to raise as much money as possible to help us do what we love and not let any kids miss out on the oppertunity, to experience the game we love to play and teach!
