'Banchory Community Football Club 2005' are an amateur football club located in North East Scotland and registered with the Aberdeen & District Juvenile Football Association. We are raising funds in order for our young players to attend an international tournament in Barcelona in 2020.

Our team of young boys will be aged 14-15 when the tournament takes place. Training sessions take place 2-3 times a week here at home in preparation not only for this annual event, but also league, cup and friendly games most weekends throughout the year. This is our team mascot, Lewis who is one of our most dedicated supporters....!

This is a fantastic opportunity for these youngsters to experience their chosen sport in another country and culture! For many it will be their first time away from home, for some their first experience of life abroad. Either way, this will be a great team building exercise and they will all return home richer for it, hopefully with greater confidence, new skills and new friends!

Our club needs to raise sufficient funds to finance the trip and the boys are all keen to do their bit! To this end, they will be taking part in Run Balmoral at Balmoral Castle, Crathie, Aberdeenshire on 27th April 2019, over a 2.5km course - no matter the weather - which has been known to be as hot as it can be cold at that time of year here ❄️☃️☀️!
