Thank you to all who have supported us so far in our fund raising for this special project. The building looks splendid and the temporary windows and doors keep the weather out as the work continues inside. The new year will see the windows replaced and with the funds raised so far we should be able to get electricity to the building. We are awaiting the outcome of our planning application, but the site will be open at various times throughout the year - see our website for details. With work on the walls complete the new roof is in the process of being built and as can be seen in the main photo, after 6 weeks of work, the builders have finished on time and all who have seen it have remarked on how good it looks. Many thanks to all those who have helped us to get this far. Our next stage is to raise the money for bespoke doors and windows to finish the outside.
