Two beer drinking idiots that want to get fit and do some good!

Our names are Sam & Ben and we stupidly signed up to compete in a Dualathalon (5K Run / 22K Cycle / 5K Run). We have been training and dieting as best as we can to do ourselves proud but we also thought we'd take this opportunity to help others.

We've decided to split the donations 50/50 between 'Mind' Mental Health Charity & 'Prostate Cancer UK'. These two causes have had some impact on both of our lives at some stage hence the reasoning behind supporting them both.
