This summer I plan on going with an expedition team ,for one month, from the charity Think Pacific to Fiji. It will involve taking part in leading education, extracurricular and sports activities to a number of the 20,000 children who live in hardship every year in Fiji. I didn't realise myself that Fiji has a large amount of its population living in poverty with over one third of children living in poverty, along with only 5% of all children getting an early years education. Through this trip I hope to bring the facilities and help needed for the Fijian people.

-30% of the £1100 goes towards donations and sustainability for long term aid to provide annual resources.

-37% contributes to my volunteer costs in being able to stay in Fiji.

-The remaining 33% goes to the charity for staff training, expedition equipment, project planning and promotion.
