I am running a half marathon in aid of Bloomin' Dementia.

I have chosen to support and raise money for this charity' because we all know someone who is, or has suffered with dementia.

it’s an illness that can affect any one, at any age and there’s not enough government funding for people who have dementia, or help for those who have the terrible disease.

We want to give those who have dementia a better quality of life and with Bloomin' Dementia we can achieve that.

I would like to play my part in raising awareness for dementia and to help people understand how it affects people’s everyday life.

Also a long term dream must be, to try and make that change, so that together one day we can beat dementia. or simply find a cure.

My interests are : I love football and support Nottingham Forest; I also enjoy running to keep fit.

My target is under 1 hour and 50 minutes, so that I can beat last year's record.
