Story
Tragically, our dear friend Ben died in a cycling accident in September. He was passionate about bikes and loved cycling. In Ben’s memory we would like to raise money so that people from disavantaged backgrounds are able to restore old bikes and give them to their children for Christmas. The Salvation Army in Liverpool run a recylce programme which allows disadvantaged people to attend a six week course to learn how to restore and maintain bikes. At the end of the course the participants would have learnt new skills and get a certificate of achievment aswell as having a bike to give to their child for Christmas.
