Story

Last year I attended the Girlguiding World of Opportunities camping weekend from which I was selected for a once in a lifetime chance to travel to Bermuda this summer along with five other girls. Whilst I'm at Bermuda I will attend the International Camp which will celebrate 100 years of Girlguiding in Bermuda and get the chance to meet other Guides and Rangers from across the world.

To help fundraise the money I am planning to hike up Scarfell Pike on the 15th of April. Scarfell Pike is the highest mountain in the UK and over 900m higher than the highest point in Bermuda.

On Wednesday the 17th of April I successfully climbed Scafell Pike, Great End and Esk Pike. It was a great experience and although it was hard at the time I'm really glad that I did it as it is a great achievement. Thank you to everyone who has donated, I have raised a total of around £200 (this includes donations not paid online)
