Whoever has gone through University knows that being a student comes with loans and grants and a very strict budget. At the end of 3rd year there will be a fashion show of all garments made by students which needs to be funded by the students themselves. Wanting the best for the show, each student is to raise as much money as possible equally to fund hair, makeup, professional photographer and venue as this will be very helpful for a working portfolio. My struggle is being away from home and on a low income budget, trying to save for the event plus living day to day is becoming impossible especailly with new costs and increase to other costs.
