On the 2nd August 2019 I will be joining a group of people (including my amazing Grandma who has been for the last 3 years!) of all ages in travelling to Transcarpathia, Ukraine to serve families living in remote Ukraine villages for just over a week.

During the trip, we will provide aid in the form of medical and dental services, children’s programmes within a school, youth activities and help from a community team. Specifically, I will be joining those volunteering with the school programme to provide children with a week of activities such as art, drama and english. This will be an amazing opportunity for me to experience living in such a different environment and to volunteer with young people who value these enriching opportunties so much!

In order to get to the Ukraine this summer, I need to raise £600 to cover the cost and enable me to go out to volunteer with the team. I aim to complete various fundraising events to collect donations, however I am in the midst of a very busy final term of my university degree so would be so grateful for your generosity in the meantime.
