Blackie was found by my mum Tuesday, he was in her doorway and looked very poorly. His leg hanging and swollen double the size. Mum always helped cats, especially feral ones. They have no loved ones, no homes, and live sad lives. A vets visit confirmed the keg had been caught in a trap somewhere. It was too far gone and if left would kill him, by infection. Mum chose to take it off, the operation was completed and home with mum he came. He's being thoroughly spoilt now, lapping up the love and attention. He's got a beautiful nature, very sweet. MUMS rescued cats all her life, finding them homes, giving them food and love. Her pension doesn't touch the sides of the vets bill of £800 to help Blackie. Please donate, however small it is its much appreciated. MUMS never had a cat this poorly but as always it's not stopped her from giving him 8/9 lives back.
