    Story

Bitterne Community Corner Ltd is a not for profit company, set up this year to support and promote local Youth Organisations, Volunteer, Charity and Faith groups. We are looking to hold a festival to launch the company officially but more importantly to give the groups a chance to promote what they do to the wider community. Without these groups many people young and old would go without the support or activities they need to stay active both physically and mentally. Bitterne is already working towards becoming a Dementia friendly village, with many of the local traders signed up and training their staff on this ever growing issue. We also have a diverse set of groups offering a wide range of activities. Our aim is to help and support these fantastic people to promote what they do, which in turn will promote wellbeing in the Village, reduce anti-social behaviour and help to combat loneliness to name but a few. 100% of money raised will go into this great event which in turn goes back into the community.
