Basically the skate park is in danger of being taken down and our lease not renewed by the county council this year. The ramp was provided by us through fundraising and some grants from local groups and we pay the public liability insurance our selfs. The county council pay 50% of repairs and us the other 50%, this year the vandalism was not coverd by there insurance and so we now have a £2000 bill to pay , all of our funds have been spent paying the liability insurance over the last five years approx £ 700.
unless we can not only pay this bill asap and prove to them how good this facility is and how many people use and would miss it , it's going to go.
