Working in Gran Canaria and building our lives here, we at Blue Explorers and our friends want to help and give something back to the locals on this beautiful island.

The long walk has been running since 2012 and has grown year by year, organised by our ambitious leader Eddie! Blue Explorers first entered this beautiful yet challenging walk in 2014 and we have joined ever since. A 3 day, coast to coast long walk (.../climb) across the island of Gran Canaria, up to the highest point and back down. It is a tough challenge but "the long walkers" support each other climbing each and every...incline!

The Canary Association of Breast and Gynecological Cancer is a non-profit and independent organization. They want to support women with breast cancer and their relatives who also suffer from the disease. They have a team of professional volunteers who strive everyday to offer the best possible service and always with a smile. They aim to improve the quality of life for affected women and their families to promote personal well-being.
