Whilst volunteering at a local community project, I identified a massive need to support families with the arrival of a newborn.

There is nothing local for our community that‘s able to support people who’s circumstances can change so very quickly, due to many different reasons and who are expecting a baby.

Through a simple referral service we can provide a starter kit which is given through donations and support of others . We need funds to rent a premises to use as a base, so that our volunteers can be in one place, working together to sort donations, arrange washing, drying and ironing, then to bundle and pack the kits to take out. We must also provide brand new Moses baskets mattresses to each family, we can get these at cost price, again we just need some funds to get started
