Story
We want to provide a safe, secure, friendly and welcoming farm that can accommodate people who need to be accompanied by a carer or need supervision to visit and spend time with a variety of animals.
We have been providing animal assisted therapy to various organisations across the midlands who care for people for over a year now. Animal assisted therapy is extremely beneficial for people living with dementia, autism, brain injuries, anxiety, depression and many more illnesses and disabilities. The calming effects of petting animals and caring for them can help to improve wellbeing and provide relaxation as well as providing opportunity to reminisce for the older generation we work with.
Our vision is to provide a facility that is specifically designed for people with these types of health issues, where they can visit with their carers or family and benefit from animal assisted therapy in a relaxing and calm environment. we already provide a mobile animal therapy service but this is not cost effective for individuals or small groups of 2/3 people. We want to make sure that people in worcestershire and the surrounding areas are able to access animal therapy without the stress and anxiety of visiting a petting farm/zoo that is open to the general public. We understand that it can be very stressful to organise an outing as a carer and you always have to be one step ahead thinking about every possibility. Our aim is to make a day out at a farm an enjoyable experience for everyone and to create a place that people can spend time together creating happy memories and building relationships, without the worry of health and safety or feeling excluded from taking part in activity.

We have been delivering animla therapy to care homes but as a conseqence we would like people to come to us and see all of our animals. They can feed clean and have cuddles. Also we have a lake that can be used for fishing. We feel very passionate about making a difference .
