My sister had this puppy called spikey who was only 8 months old and she took him for a walk and he got scared and slipped his collar somehow and a car was speeding around the corner and hit the puppy killed him outright. the driver stopped looked and drived off, leaving my 18 year old sister heartbroken, sobbing histerically. The Puppy was her 18th birthday present from her grandma it was the only thing she wanted. she loved him so much and he adored her. So , i want to start a fun raiser so i can buy my sister another puppy when shes ready, it wont replace spikey but it would make her feel better. im only 14 and i hate seeing my sister heartbroken.
