Every year Buy Local Norfolk makes a donation to our Charity nembers from our green bucket that we take to events. This year i am going to try and increase that pot by completing the 42 mile Sportive Cross Bike Ride in Thetford on 25 November.
Its taking a lot of effort to get the miles under the belt and i am by no means a serious rider, so please give generously.

The Benjamin Foundation, Big C, Hallswood Animal Sanctuary, Break, East Coast Hospice, The Missing Kind
These are local charities so you can be sure donations benefit yoir local community.

Been getting the miles in this week, so far done 40 miles since Sunday, one more big one (30 miles) on Saturday then it’s a rest week before the big day.
