On the 22nd May 2017, whilst attending the Ariana Grande concert at the Manchester Arena, Nell Jones' life was tragically taken by an act of terrorism. Many of people have been effected by the attack and by the loss of loved one like Nell.
In her memory, Nell's family have set up a charitable foundation (The Remembering Nell Foundation) which aims to create a lasting memory to Nell; a legacy in which her love, kindness and spirit can continue to help others.

As I am in the local area and know people directly effected by this tragedy, I am going to complete Tough Mudder North West 2018. I have completed this before but this year is special. It is the first time I attempt to complete it as an adult. And so I thought I would make it even more special by raising money for a very deserving cause.

For though who don't know, Tough Mudder is a gruelling 10 mile obstacle course across the ground of Cholmondley Castle on the 8th of September. With 20 obstacles and plenty of mud to go around it is definitely a challenge!
