Hey guys! Welcome to my fundraising page!

As I'm sure many of you know, about 5 years ago I was selected to represent Hertfordshire and the UK at the 23rd World Scout Jamboree (WSJ) in Japan as a participant. I met some incredible people along the journey and during my time in Japan, and had the time of my life. I decided to apply to be an Adult Volunteer at the next Jamboree, to give back to the next cohort of Scouts and help them enjoy their time as much as I did.

I have successfully been selected to represent the UK at the 24th World Scout Jamboree this summer in West Virginia, North America, as an adult volunteer and member of the International Service Team (IST).

My role as an adult volunteer will be to ensure the smooth running of the event for the participants aged 14 - 18.

IST members are expected to work hard and fulfill a vital role in motivating and supporting participants and providing services, program and facilities. Some roles may require long working hours or working at night. IST members will help ensure that all young people attending the Jamboree leave with a wider view of the world, a deeper understanding of North America and a renewed commitment to Scouting.
