Story
Attention all, an area of India, KERALA has been devastated by a monsoon, people have lost their homes and lives. At Camelot House & Lodge we are trying to raise money as some of our staff and their friends are from this part of India and are obviously distraught by this news. Please help us raise money to repair the damage and aid those who are in need and suffering. We will send the money directly to the charities in the camps that are providing food, shelter and medial supplies.
I have never gone to work and asked a colleague if their family has been rescued yet! They are waiting on the roofs of their houses hoping that help arrives soon . Another colleague is currently in Kerala visiting family and has informed us that the situation is desperate and help is needed. I was pleased to see that it was aired on BBC news today. We must all unite and support the people of Kerala whilst some of their family is here in the UK providing services- mainly medical, nursing and care and support to our loved ones"
