As a family who have been affected by cerebral palsy we want to give children confidence in the outside world. By also including children who suffer with mental health problems, it is hoped we can use the great outdoors - a challenging environment to many of us - to instil a sense of achievement from wild camping, climbing mountains and generally 'grissing' it outside.

I will be undertaking a series of challenges and commitments throughout 2019 starting with being staying tee total for the year.
