Im starting this process a little later than a lot of other guys so id like to get it over with as soon as possible! Top surgery understandsbly yet unfortunately is not free on the nhs, and it will take me a long long time to save up enough money for insurance, surgery etc, especially while attending university and later paying off my loan.
