After the devistating loss of our beautiful daughter ashli blake aged 15 to suicide in 2014 after spending most of my days then months which turned into almost 2 years in bed i decided something good had to come out of sonething bad,

i had a new understanding of how out of control your life can go and how litterly in the blink of an eye your would can turn upside down and your in freefall not knowing what to do and how to stop it!

On many very low monents i dreamed i would die wished and prayed i would die but finally i decided with the love and suport of craig my partner i needed to learn to live again and day by day he slowly brought me back to life

I found myself wanting to get into my car and drive and become lost to society and the world this is when i realised so many peopke of today are on the streets due to a cataloge of events they often have no cobtrol over

i started helping a lovely charity called hope for food which is a local charity helping to feed and look after people in the bournemouth area

i have meet sone lovely people who have just had bad luck

i am so very lucky that craig struggled through his grief to work and carry on when i couldnt when i contacted our morgage conpany to ask for a break for 6 months i was told no if you stop paying we will start reposesion procedures

helping the homeless when i can is now very important to me as i realise it could easily happen to anyone

myself craig and alex our 12 year old son are running the 5k glow in the park at longlet house september the 8th almost 3 weeks before 4 anniversary of our daughters death

please help us raise as much as possible
