    Story

We are a team of specialist paramedics whose aim is to provide first class emergency medical training and disaster response to the more remote areas of the world.

Inspired by our friend and colleague the late Dai Rees, we teach practical life-saving skills used in the first instance of an emergency and mass casualty situation.

In Britain we have some of the most advanced training in this type of medicine but these skills are not always passed onto healthcare workers in less developed countries. With our volunteer project we aim to change that.

In 2016 and 2018 the course was delivered in Nepal with huge success. We are in need of funding for our next project starting in 2019, which aims to expand on this with a bigger team reaching more students in more locations. The project is in partnership with rural colleges in Jiri, Bhakpur, Sindhuli and Charikot where we plan to take equipment that can be left for continued training.

I can now confirm our association with the Dai Rees Foundation. Their goals and motivations are the same as ours and we are very pleased to have their support. We are sincerely greatful and hope this partenership will continue for many years, and many projects, to come. #daireesfoundation https://www.facebook.com/daireesfoundation/

We would like to say a big thank you to Ackworth Howard School for their projector donations. We are getting lots of use out of these already and they serve our purpose wonderfully.
