I have booked to undertake a full Ironman in Bolton on 14th July 2019. This involves a 2.4 mile swim, 113 mile bike ride and then a marathon run (26.2 miles).

This is a massive challenge for me with a significant level of training required, so I am looking to raise funds for two great animal charities, one in the UK and one in Cyprus, whom we have adopted cats from and helped support the work they do. These are: Animals Lost and Found in Kent; and Cyprus Pride House, based in Cyprus. All donations will be split equally between the two.
