Story
Year and Challenge number 3 of Carls 10 crazy challenge in 10 Years! After completing the 10 marathon ins 10 days running from London back in July 2016 followed by the 1500 cycle around the UK finishing with the 300 mile ride from Sterling castle back to Manchester
This time Carl will run the 15 3000ft mountains in north wales (welsh 3000s) before getting on his bike and cycling home... all 130 miles of it!
