In Febuary me and Lauren will be participating in the TRIB3 28 day challenge, raising money for St Luke's Sheffield Hospice. We will be completing 28 TRIB3 workouts in the 28 days of Febuary.
TRIB3 is a high intensity bootcamp workout consisting of treadmill, resistance and intensity (we currently struggle to do 7 in a row without needing a week to recover!)
St Luke's is a charity that is VERY close to our hearts as they cared for our amazing Dad in 2017 - therefore we would like to give them something back.
TRIB3 raised £18,000 during the last 28 day challenge and this time they are aiming for £20,000. Any donation is more than appreciated for this amazing Charity.
