I am a wheelchair user after having a serious spinal injury. At present i have a manually pushed wheel chair. An Electric wheelchair would give me more independence. I have spent time researching the one that would suit me best but to purchase it i need £3000. My friends and family have been doing some car boots and to date in my wheelchair fund we have £176. So are a lot short of our target. Having breathing problems and other medical conditions i would really like to purchase an electric wheelchair, while still having health enough to enjoy using it.
