can you please help us , jakob is a bubbly 13 year old with spastic quadraplegic cerebal palsy ! He is completly wheelchair dependant but has never let that stop him , he has always been a very independant young boy and pushes himself in a manual wheelchair! That is until we were told 2 weeks ago that he would be having a life changing operation that would take away what little independance he has left !

we are asking for your help to raise funds to get jakob a powerchair ! The nhs have said it will take between 1 yr to 1&1/2 yr for them to provide him with one ! We have gone to a provider who can have a chair ready for us in 2 months , the catch is it will cost £4000 ! This is where we are asking for your help to make sure no matter the outcome off the operation he will still have that ability to be as independantly as is possible !
