I am running the aberdeen half marathon On the 26th August 2018. I never thought i would be able to do this but i never thought id be able to run 3 miles without stopping but that is now the shortest run i do! This will be the longest run i will have achieved when i complete it. Running has greatly improved my mental health and i want to raise money for those who need support with there mental health.

I am raising money for a local charity called Reach Across, it “provides support for people who are experiencing mental health issues.“ They also “support the families of loved ones in the unfortunate case of losing a family member through mental health.” This is something that can effect anyone at any time and needs much more awareness.

I work closely with many people that would benefit greatly from extra support from charities like this one that recognises that all lives are important and are worth saving.
