Roxi and I are raising funds to help provide supplies to an animal hospital and charity based on Carriacou, an island in the Caribbean. We will be travelling there to volunteer for the organisation in March 2019. The hospital is run by volunteers only and relies solely on volunteers and donations to function and provide veterinary care to the animals of the island.

We will be completing our self-styled "Carriacou Challenge" as part of our fundraising efforts. This will involve kayaking 11 miles down the River Deben, from Wilford Bridge to Felixstowe, cycling 13 miles from Felixstowe to Ipswich, and walking 10 miles from Ipswich to Needham Lake along the Gipping Way - it's a mini alternative triathlon and will certainly be a challenge! We are hoping to complete it on the 20th of October 2018.
