Story
Jacob was born 10 weeks early on the 29/6/17. As soon as he was born he was checked over and we were given a quick look at him before he was taken to the Special Care Baby Unit.
I was discharged from the hospital after 5 days and had to go through the most heartbreaking moment of my life and leave my tiny baby in the hospital.
Jacob spent 6 weeks and 6 days in the SCBU and every night when we had to leave him I felt broken.
My goal is to raise money to have a baby cam in each incubator so that no parent has to go through what we did every night. The baby cams will be on 24 hours a day so parents can see thier baby and still feel close to them even when they are at home.

7 years agoOn the 3rd of December we are literally walking on fire for our cause, we are doing the Phoenix Firewalk at Balbirnie house hotel Markinch.

7 years agoWe have a tombola & raffle at the chill out for Christmas event on the 8th of December 7pm - 9.30pm Townhill community centre. All proceeds from the tombola & raffle will go towards the baby cams.
