I will be taking part in the Chris's House - Walk of Hope - Glasgow 2019

What is Walk of Hope: At 4:15am on the 11th May 2019 people from locations all over the world will walk in hope. The reason for the early start (4:15am) is to begin the walk while the sky is still dark and finishing as dawn breaks. The purpose is to raise awareness and valuable funds for Chris’s House (Centre for Help, Response & Invervention Surrounding Suicide), the first 24 hour non medical crisis centre in Scotland. It is also a chance to remember those loved ones that we have lost through suicide and remind us that no matter what, there is always hope.

A couple of my work colleagues and I (Kerry Little, Adele Munro and Lee-Anne Bonnes) will start the walk at 4:15am and walk until 7am. This is a fantastic cause given the limited resources and support available for people suffering with mental health.

Any donation would be greatly appreciated and of course there will be pics to document our walk :)
