Story
Chagossians were forcefully deported in 1968 and still remain banned from their homeland. The USA are renting Chagos Archipelagos from the British Government each year for less than the cost of a cup of coffee. The community are coming together on the 20th of July in protest, to raise awareness of our existence and our plight for justice. We will be staying in London, nearby Trafalgar Square for five days. We will need toilet facilities, transport and some means of sleeping so that the elders of our community can protest their injustice comfortably.

We want the U.K Government to use the KPMG report published in 2015 stating that 'Resettlement is feasible and sustainable', for the Chagossians to live in their homeland. We want to have the right to live and be buried in dignity in our homeland like other every human being.
