Over the last 19 years, the Chance To Dance Festival has become a key part of the Sheffield summer festivals. Its is the only dance festival taking place in Sheffield and is passionate about making sure that all styles of dance have the opportunity to be promoted. There is a large number of dance groups & schools in Sheffield that provide easy accessible classes for our community and we need to shout about it!

This festival is important as we are all keen to promote dance in all its forms and give exposure to the other benefits. It is a great social activity, It builds confidence in participants, it gives people a sense of belonging and identity. It embraces people from all different cultures, ages, backgrounds. It brings people together. It has a natural feel good factor. It has health benefits. What more can we say?!
