Story
Me and my friend are taking part in a charity sky dive on 22nd September to help raise money for the awareness of dementia. Unfortunately my Nan was diagnosed with this disease and sadly passed away over three years ago. This is something that means a great deal to me and I would like to give something back to the people who helped her during this difficult time.
There are 850,000 people with dementia in the UK, with numbers set to rise to over 1 million by 2025.
