We have a relay team entered for this year’s Belfast Marathon. Brendy, Marian, Rian, Nuala and Charlene. We also have 2 full marathon runners Johnny Kerr and Colum Benstead. All proceeds will go to Tinylife. Tinylife are a local charity which provides a huge amount of support to families whose babies where born too soon, like ours. Our twin boys arrived at 28weeks weighing 1lb 12oz and 2lb 6oz. At a very difficult time of the unkowns and the “what ifs” Tinylife supported us by introducing us to other parents and having a timeout for a chat in Neonatal. After a long 97 days we were able to take the boys home. We then attended baby massage, tinygym and I also availed of the volunteer service (who came to our home to help with the boy’s needs). We cannot thank Tinylife enough and would love to raise as much as possible for this worthy cause. Any donation at all, no matter how small is appreciated.
