Story
For those of you who know me then you i hope you know I’ve always tried to help everyone i can. Ive often hoped that a sense of karma would see it come back to me if i needed it. But in time I’ve seen people who need help more than ever and don’t know how to or just don’t want to ask for it. Those suffering from mental health. Its a tragically lonely place because of its taboo.
A close friend helped me realise this and whilst i promised to be there i know theres only so much i can do. A smiley face a welcome atmosphere and someone to listen but now Its time i did something to really help.
Thats why this November I’m doing Movember - the thought to do this for sponsorship hadn’t occurred to me at first but after seeing the response it got I encourage anyone to please give what you can to show that there are people here to listen and to help.

Mens mental health has become an extremely important thing to talk about today men die on average six years younger than women and often take their own lives because they believe the help they so desperately need is not out there. I want to do this to show them people are.
