My name is Charlie Spring. I suffer from Asperger, ADHD, Depression, Anxiety and EUPD (Emotional unstable personality disorder). I want to share my story with the world and show people suffering with mental health issues that it is a tough road but it will be okay in the end and by doing martial arts I have learned to love myself again and I’m proud of the road I’m on. In November myself, my dad and my best friend are going to the WKC world championships in karate and we are performing kata but, we need help raising the money to go because it wont be cheap. By doing this I want to show the world that through all the troubles and hardship you can fight your wars and win victoriously.
