We want to help the survivors of the Lombok earthquakes that happened over Summer, in particular the devastating 6.9/7.0 which happened on 5th August 2018. To date, there have been a reported 500+ deaths, 35,000+ displaced, 40+ schools destroyed and hundreds injured.

Our colleague, Lewis, was in Gili Trawangan when the earthquake happened and unfortunately, witnessed first hand the immediate aftermath of the earthquakes and the devastation that it caused.

We, and other colleagues, want to support his efforts to raise funds that will help the victims of Lombok. We will be climbing Mount Snowdon on October 13th 2018.

Every penny raised will be donated directly to the victims in Lombok. The money raised will supply locals with tools to be able to build basic wooden huts until the government finds the funds to help rebuild their homes. The second goal is to be able to get toilets up and running again. There is now a big concern over the spread of disease and we would like to send over as much money as possible before the rainy season starts.
