Story
I have recently been diagnosed With Addisons disease which is a life threatening illness that can cause all of your organs to shut down in an event called an ‘adrenal crisis’, this is considered a medical emergancy on the same scale as a heart attack or a stroke yet the ambulance service are left in the dark with how to treat the condition and are completely reliant on us to tell them what we need, however in crisis we may be unconscious and unable to do that.
I am looking to create a campaign, with fundraising events that can help to raise awareness for this horrible and almost invisible disease that changes lives. In order to do so i need to raise initial funds to book venues and music equipment in order for me to do this.
Any donations no matter how small would be grately appreciated!

I'll help all I can with your fundraising as promised Charlotte, hopefully the raffle prize will make a worth-while contribution... but here's something to get you started.
