Hi all,

Every Christmas as a club at British Military Martial Arts we like to band together and do something for a charity or for those in need. This year however I want us to help someone a little more close to home and I really hope I can get some support from you all.

Daisy aged 15 is one of our Black belts who has been training with us since she was 5 years old. Over the last few years however, she has really wanted to learn how to teach and has given up two evenings a week to come down and assist with the children's classes. You will always see her helping at the Gradings and any events we are also running. Daisy is just an all round lovely young lady, who we are extremely lucky to have part of our Martial Arts family.

Earlier this year unfortunately they found out that her dad has Leukaemia and they have had a nightmare of a time in and out of hospital. ever since Added to this Clare works in a primary school and Daisy is trying to study for her GCSE's.

I am therefore asking if people can donate some money so we can as a club send them on a much needed weekend away somewhere when her father Ricky is well enough. A time they can sit back and forget about all their troubles and just chill and regroup as a family.

I hope that you may help me! This is a surprise to Daisy and her family so please no mention of it if you see her at the club and we will be telling them at the Christmas Party on Sat 8th Dec.
