Story
Our Swan sadly lost the only battle he knew he wouldn't win. 17 days after a cancer diagnosis, Swanna sadly passed away. Charlotte isn't even two, so had very little time with her father. Swan and I had 12 years of happy memories and I would like to raise money for Charlotte, in memory of her father and it would mean alot to us to be able to do many things with the support of his friends and family.
