Chauntelle was a fun loving inspirational woman who was not just an amazing mum, sister and daughter but a true friend to everyone who knew her.

On the 30th April 2017 channy was taken from her 2nd home "Flamingo Land" by ambulance to hospital to be give the unforgettable news that she had meningitis. Nobody knew just how serious this was going to be and after weeks of treatment and 2 major heart operations channy was taken away from us by the angels last Thursday 8th June 2017.

Leaving behind her 2 beautiful daughters Tiarnee and Tanisha, parents Jan and Les, sisters Nat, Katie and Emily along with many more family and friends.

We would like to ensure Channy is given the send off she deserves and that her girls never go without.

We therefore are hoping to raise money towards the funeral and to help Jan and Les bring up their unforgettable grandchildren x

Her Funeral Is on Thursday 22nd June at St. Peter's church south bank @ 1pm. Then at the Crematorium at 3pm on Acklam Road, Acklam then on to Eston institute club in Eston 💒
