My Name is Chelsea, I'm 29 years old and a Single parent to my eight year old daughter, it's just us and our three pet rabbits.

At 23 years old I was diagnosed with Cardiomyopathy (heart disease). The disease is hereditary and it was what killed my dad. I've also battled with anxiety disorder for most of my life.

Until recently I was self employed working as a Security Officer. But due to my Heart condition and my mental health worsening I've been forced to give up work completely.

I have just applied for universal credit and it's a 5 week waiting/processing period before any payment is made. So I'm starting this fundraiser in the hopes of Raising money for the Necessities (rent, food, gas water, electricity and pet food). 

Any donation no matter how small would be of massive help to me and my child and would be greatly appreciated.
