As you all know my gran had a guy walk into her own wee house on Thursday morning and he stole her purse! My heart contuniually breaks that my 86 year old granny has had to mentally deal with this. I spoke with her this evening and was struck with utter saddness when she explained that she was saving to buy herself a pair of glasses, that her income was 5p more than what the goverment would have liked it to be in order for them to pay for her glasses. The glasses she has seen are £250. The night before this horrific thing happened my gran had saved £90 plus and the lot has gone! All i wish for is to raise enough money to buy my granny the glasses of her choice as I believe this is the least she deserves. A hero and a woman of love and pride who has worked hard from the age of 11 years old! A lady who would give people the sugar out of her tea if they asked! A lady of the community who now has to feel like she is a prisoner in her own home and lock herself in as they disguting humans get to walk free spending her hard earned cash! It would mean the world if the community could spare even a wee £1 for my Super Granny Fergie, it would trully mean the world.
