Story
We are a group of local residents who are aiming to save our local institute which has been closed for a few years. A centre in the area is a much needed provision for the community and will bring people together from all walks of life, young and old with an array of interests. We hope to get the institute up and running for social events, leisure activities, mother and baby mornings and as a hub for those who need assistance within the area such as a pop up food bank.
There is nothing currently in the area and the reopening of Mynachdy Institute would be of great benefit to all residents.
As it hasn't been used for a while there are a number of repairs that need doing such as decorating, new furniture, appliances for the kitchen and eventually an outdoor space.
We are grateful for any support we receive and any help that can be offered.

Hope you reach your target. Good luck! My nana (Liddell) used to perform in the musical concerts at the Mynachdy Institute in the 1930s.
