RUNNING BRISTOLS 10K TO RAISE AWARENESS AND FUNDS TO SUPPORT NEXT PERFORMERS WITHOUT BORDERS PROJECT TO REFUGEE CAMPS IN CALAIS, NORTH FRANCE.

I have been regularly going to Calais to offer relief, play and solidarity with the hundreds (potential thousands) of refugees attempting the dangerous crossing to the UK. Teaming up with Performers Without Borders we offer a range of performance and engagement actives for children, young people and their families.

After our last outreach project over Christmas I was reminded of the importance of this work, in these times of chaos and uncertainty. We are going back out in May to share some smiles, connect as humans and raise the spirits of people in need.

We noramlly run a Cabaret fundraiser but due to time and project delivery, this time I am running 10K on 5th May. I am not a big runner and this is pretty massive for me! So please give me your encouragement and help raise funds to get us to France and offer our circus, theatre and music play for these incredibly traumatised young people.
