My friend and I are taking part in a marathon and skydive this year to raise money for support for2 different causes; those suffering with breast cancer and those suffering with mental health

Breast cancer is an illness which has affected my family, it really showed us how hard life can be and how quickly things can change, the support we received throughout the whole journey was amazing! I would love to say a huge thank you to all of those involved by raising as much miney as possible to give back to the charity!

Unfortunately, mental health can effect a person both physically and emotionally. It has effected people close to my heart and I never actually realised the effects until they experienced it. It’s nothing to be ashamed of and I think it both men and women should be able to talk about their problems confidently. Mental illnesses shouldn’t be dealt with alone, therefore the money I raise will go towards a charity which will help those going through this. Any donations will be highly appreciated in order to help to increase the amount of support available and make sure people get the right services and advise to help their recovery and enable them to live with their mental health problem.
